At CuroHerb, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Every package is handled with care so you receive fresh and authentic products.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays/holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on location; remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Free delivery may be available during special offers.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

Our courier partner will make two attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may return to us.
Please provide a complete and correct address; delays from incorrect details are outside our control.

If your product arrives damaged or an item is missing, please follow these steps:
