Order Processing & Timing
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays/holidays are processed the next working day.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on location; remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges & Tracking
- Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Free delivery may be available during special offers.
- Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.
Delivery Attempts & Address
- Our courier partner will make two attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may return to us.
- Please provide a complete and correct address; delays from incorrect details are outside our control.
Damaged or Missing Product?
If your product arrives damaged or an item is missing, please follow these steps:
1. Take a clear unboxing video and photos.
2. Contact us within 24 hours along with your order number.
